Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on the payment mode.

Partial or No Refunds

Replacement Policy

We offer replacements for products that are:

Replacement Requirements

To request a replacement, you must provide:

  • A clear video or photo proof of the issue.

  • Your order number and contact details.

Once approved, the replacement will be shipped at no additional cost.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photo or video evidence. We will review your request and offer either:

  • A replacement, or

  • A full refund (if replacement is not available)

Shipping Costs
